Complete Two-Faced Tanner beforehand
If Asuka's Tanner assignment is still available, finish it before Grand Theft Aero. This story mission removes that opportunity. Save before proceeding, then take armour, rifle ammunition and a dependable car for the journey to Francis International Airport.

Search the airport hangar
Follow the marker to the Dodo and deal with the Cartel guards from outside their immediate crossfire. Check the aircraft once the area is safe. The missing package is part of the mission, so searching the plane repeatedly will not solve the objective.

Follow the Panlantic clue
Investigate the nearby Panlantic van when prompted, then return to the construction site in Fort Staunton. Clear the armed opposition around the site before moving into the indicated area. Keep some distance from vehicles that might explode, and use the structures to break enemy sightlines.

Collect the package after the confrontation
Continue to the meeting with Catalina, Miguel and Asuka. After the scene, pick up the package and take it back to Love Media. Do not leave the site without the actual pickup merely because the cutscene has ended; check the objective text and radar before starting the drive.
Key point
This mission moves Asuka's story to the construction site. It also closes Two-Faced Tanner, so a completion-focused save should handle Tanner first.
