Prepare a strong pursuit vehicle
Bring armour, a healthy car and ammunition for drive-by fire. The target's police support makes this more demanding than a simple one-car chase. Save before starting if this is your last unfinished Asuka job.

Reach the casino
Follow the meeting marker and identify Tanner's vehicle when the pursuit begins. Get close enough to attack without driving straight into the police vehicles gathering around the route.

Damage Tanner's car
Use clear side angles for drive-by fire and take advantage of moments when traffic slows him down. Controlled impacts can help, but repeatedly colliding head-on with police cars will destroy your own transport before the target.

Finish the target
Keep following Tanner's marker if he changes direction or leaves the vehicle. Concentrate on him rather than trying to clear the entire wanted response. The mission completes when Tanner is eliminated; then break away and preserve your progress.
