GTA 6 Achievements and Trophies: Completion Planning

This guide will organize GTA VI’s platform achievements and trophies. A verified full list of names, descriptions and unlock conditions has not been established here, so there is no invented Platinum route or Gamerscore total.

Three different goals

• Finish the story: follow the main narrative and its actual mission order.
• Reach 100%: complete the game’s specified checklist.
• Earn platform awards: satisfy the separate trophy or achievement descriptions.

Use the story directory and 100% planning guide for the first two goals.

How the guide will be organized

Each verified award will have its platform wording, unlock steps, related mission or activity and any confirmed restrictions. Hidden story awards should be kept behind a clear spoiler label so that preparation does not reveal the plot.

Prepare without assuming missables

Keep a record of significant choices and use separate manual saves if the game offers them. These are general precautions, not evidence that an announced GTA VI trophy is missable. Do not assume GTA V’s replay behavior or trophy rules carry over unchanged.
