Mission walkthrough

  1. Enter the dock compound

Go to the marked docks and deal with the guard blocking access. Locate the crane controls. This mission belongs to the PSP branch and does not appear in the standard DS or mobile story route.

  2. Move a container to the inspection area

Position the crane hook above a marked shipping container and lift it into the clear space. Lower it properly before leaving the crane to inspect it. A suspended or badly placed container will not complete the search interaction.

  3. Continue the search

If the van is absent, return to the crane and move the checked container back before trying another. Some containers contain other encounters or useful items. Follow the search feedback until Melanie’s vehicle is revealed.

  4. Deliver the van

Enter Melanie’s van and head to her garage while security arrives. Keep moving through a clear exit instead of fighting indefinitely inside the compound. Drive fully into the delivery garage to complete the recovery.

Key point

Use the designated inspection space and restore checked containers when instructed. The crane sequence is a search, not a demolition task.
