Mission walkthrough
-
Stop the studio search
Defend the film lot from the Mendez men trying to discover Reni’s absence. Move to the marked attackers and prevent them from freely searching the premises. Use cover around the studio and keep enough ammunition for a second fight elsewhere.
-
Reach Reni near the club
When the mission updates, travel to Reni’s location near the Malibu Club. Do not stay at the studio hunting for enemies after the rescue marker moves. Keep your vehicle usable for the hospital trip.
-
Clear the immediate threats
Kill the goons attacking Reni. Fire from an angle that separates the protected character from the enemies, and avoid grenades in the middle of the group. Check the radar for remaining attackers before expecting Reni to board.
-
Drive to the hospital
Collect Reni and follow the hospital marker. Wait until the passenger is seated before departing, then drive carefully through the final approach. Completion is one of the branches required before In the Air Tonight becomes available.
Key point
The mission moves from defending a location to rescuing a person. Follow the new Malibu-area marker as soon as it appears.
