Find a Yakuza Stinger
The compound admits Yakuza vehicles. Steal a Stinger and approach in it rather than repeatedly ramming the gate with an ordinary car. Keep the vehicle intact long enough to get inside.

Take the Rhino
Enter the compound, locate the tank and take control of it. Normal gunfire is not a sensible way to destroy this heavily armoured target. The practical solution is to drive it out and use the bomb-shop service.

Visit 8-Ball’s bomb shop
Leave the yard in the tank and follow a route to the shop behind the multistorey car park near Pay ’n’ Spray on Staunton Island. Be careful around civilian traffic: vehicles touched by the Rhino can explode and attract more police attention.

Detonate from safety
Have the bomb fitted, move the tank to a clear position, get out and use the detonator from outside the blast area. Wait for the destruction to register. The mission requires disposal of the tank, not simply driving it away from the Yakuza.
Key point
The tank’s armour is the puzzle. Stealing it and fitting a bomb avoids wasting ammunition on a target that ordinary weapons barely affect.
