Bring a four-seat car
Prepare a healthy four-seat vehicle before starting. It lets you collect several passengers on each trip, reducing repeated drives to the docks. Leave enough space around the doors at every stop so the passengers can actually board.

Collect nearby passengers
Follow the pickup markers in a compact local loop. Some women are already occupied with clients; follow the on-screen prompt to interrupt the meeting and deal with any hostile client when required. Do not drive off while the intended passenger is still approaching.

Make the first delivery promptly
Take the passengers you have to the picket line and let them leave the car. The requirement counts completed deliveries, not simply people collected. Making an early drop also frees seats for the next group.

Reach six before the deadline
Continue collecting and delivering until six have reached the docks. Watch the shift-change timer and stop taking unnecessary detours when it gets low. Keep the car usable and avoid running over a passenger at the destination.
Key point
Plan around delivered passengers. A full car racing across Portland at the deadline still does not count until it reaches the picket-line marker.
