Reach the union meeting
Travel to the Portland Docks marker with full health. Park somewhere you can recognise on the way out, but expect the meeting to put Toni under pressure on foot. You are visiting Jane Hopper, not collecting a shipment from the warehouse.

React when the meeting ends
After the conversation, the dockworkers turn hostile. Start moving toward an exit rather than waiting in the middle of the group. Your goal is to escape the docks, so fighting every worker is unnecessary.

Keep a clear path through the yard
Use open gaps between obstacles and keep pursuers behind you. If someone blocks the only route, deal with that immediate threat and continue. Avoid getting trapped between a fence and several attackers while trying to collect dropped items.

Leave the marked danger area
Reach the exit and put distance between Toni and the docks until the escape registers. Take a vehicle when it is safe to do so. Do not re-enter the crowd after reaching the road simply because some hostile workers remain alive.
Key point
The objective is survival and escape. A short, direct route out is more reliable than trying to clear the whole dockyard.
