Stock up before the meeting
Visit Ma with health, armour and enough ammunition for several groups. This is a sustained defence rather than a single target. Identify a position near solid cover where you can see arriving enemies without exposing Toni to every direction at once.

Stop the opening attackers
Deal with the closest armed enemies first and avoid standing beside their vehicles as they take damage. Move before a burning car explodes. Use the target markers to confirm the required enemies are down instead of chasing ordinary traffic.

Prepare between waves
Reload and collect reachable supplies while the area is briefly clear. Watch for the next approach rather than running out into the road after the first successful fight. Back away from a flank before attackers can surround your position.

Clear the final group
Continue until the mission result confirms the defence is complete. Random hitmen can still attack Toni afterwards, so their later appearance does not mean this mission failed. Making Toni later in the story ends that continuing threat.
Key point
Keep ammunition in reserve for later waves. A quiet moment during the fight is a chance to reposition, not proof that the mission is over.
