Visit the collection markers
Drive to the marked businesses and pick up the available briefcases. Park close enough for a quick collection, but avoid running over the contact or pushing a package into a dangerous position.

Investigate the missing payment
At the collection point where the money is gone, complete the interaction to learn where it was taken. Do not return to Kenji after only the easy pickups; the stolen cash is part of the same job.

Recover the money from the Diablos
Travel to the new marker in Portland and clear the gang members guarding the payment. Bring suitable ammunition and avoid drifting into nearby hostile Mafia territory unnecessarily. Collect the dropped or marked briefcase once the immediate area is safe.

Return the full collection
Follow the casino marker back to Staunton Island and deliver the money. If the return objective has not appeared, check for a remaining briefcase or an unfinished conversation at one of the collection points.
Key point
The cross-island trip is intentional. The third payment is not missing because of a broken marker; follow the new lead to recover it.
