Approach the market
Travel from Joey's garage to the marked Chinatown area. Bring a pistol or another reliable firearm and leave transport near an exit. The narrow pedestrian approach makes it easy to get trapped if you charge directly into the guards.

Identify Lee Chong
Move towards the target marker and be ready for him to run when the confrontation begins. His guards are there to delay you. Clear the enemy immediately blocking your path, then continue towards the marked target.

Stop the escape
Take a clear shot while Lee Chong is still on foot if possible. If he reaches a getaway car, return to your own vehicle and follow the moving marker. Do not waste the pursuit window fighting unmarked enemies at the original stall.

Confirm the assassination
Finish Lee Chong himself, not just his vehicle or escort. If he dismounts after a collision, track his marker on foot. Once the success message appears, break away from the market and return to Joey for Van Heist.

Stay focused on the target. Clearing every guard is slower and riskier than stopping Lee Chong before the chase spreads into the streets.
