Mission walkthrough

Enter the boatyard prepared
Drive to the docks with armour and a reliable firearm. Clear the guards who cover the entrance before moving deeper into the yard. Keep away from the water's edge during the fight; a fall can end the attempt immediately.

Find the lowering switch
Follow the marker into the covered boatyard area. Deal with the workers and guards around the switch, then activate it. The boat must be lowered before Tommy can use it, so reaching the water alone does not advance the job.

Board the Squalo
Return towards the boat after the switch sequence. More opposition can be waiting outside; clear the path to the boarding point and enter promptly. Avoid jumping blindly from a high ledge towards the cockpit.

Deliver it to the mansion
Follow the destination marker across the water to Diaz's property. Use wide turns through narrow channels and reduce speed as you reach the jetty. Stop inside the destination area instead of driving onto the shore.
Key point
Protect the route to the switch first, then the route to the boat. Trying to ignore every guard can leave Tommy trapped at the water with no room to dodge.
