GTA 6 Weapons: Revealed Guns and Customization

Pre-release guide · Updated November 5, 2026

GTA VI’s published images already provide a useful starting point for its arsenal. This page separates weapons with official labels from firearms that can only be described by their appearance.

Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers

The official gallery names the Morgan revolvers and shows a scoped example. The label identifies the family; it does not supply damage, rate of fire, ammunition prices or the way each version is unlocked.

Personalized pistol variants

Different finishes and decorative details are visible on these pistols. Cosmetic differences alone do not prove different damage or handling. These images belong to the Ultimate Edition benefits gallery, so availability should be checked separately from the weapon’s appearance.

Weapon storage

Developer interview coverage describes purchased weapons being available from your personal vehicle. This makes the vehicle relevant to preparing your loadout.

How to read an early weapon list

A real-world resemblance is a visual comparison, not automatically the weapon’s GTA name. Likewise, a gun carried by a character in artwork does not establish its shop price or mission reward. Until those details are shown, this guide uses official labels where available and descriptive captions elsewhere.

After release, compare weapons by their actual role: close-range protection, sustained fire, precision, ammunition availability and the conditions under which you can obtain them. A single damage number is not enough to select a useful loadout.
