Love's Disappearance is a short story scene at Love Media. Learn what triggers it and where to continue after Donald Love leaves Liberty City.

Mission walkthrough

Finish Decoy

Complete Donald Love's security-van diversion, then return to his normal mission location in Bedford Point. This entry follows the airport and package storyline; it is not a separate search activity that can be started anywhere in Liberty City.
Enter the Love Media marker

Walk into the contact marker to trigger the scene. There is no special vehicle, weapon or payment requirement for solving the scene itself. If you cannot start it, check whether the preceding Love mission has actually finished and whether you are using the correct entrance.
Let the scene conclude

Claude finds that Love and his associate have gone. The empty building is the outcome of this short mission. You do not need to scour the city for a hidden Donald Love character, recover another package or destroy anything at the building to receive completion.
Continue the remaining contacts

Check the map for Asuka's construction-site jobs and any unfinished Ray missions. These continue the late-game progression toward Catalina. Take the opportunity to restock and save before starting the next combat or timed assignment rather than waiting at Love Media for a new employer marker.

There is no chase to begin after the disappearance. Once the scene has registered, move on to the other contact chains still available in your save.
