Mission walkthrough

  1. Open the prisoners’ cell

    Enter the Escobar power-core site and destroy all four generators while clearing the guards. Return to the cell once the door opens.

  2. Protect the rescued group

    The exit locks and three Zaibatsu agents attack. Keep the prisoners alive until Alpha, Epsilon and Kappa are defeated and the route reopens.

  3. Meet the interpreter

    Take the rescued gangsters to Uncle Vanka at the marked meeting point. Get out and wait for the information to be translated before starting the informant pickup.

  4. Capture and deliver the informant

    Steal the indicated police car, approach the informant’s vehicle with the siren on and pursue him on foot when he runs. Keep him alive, bring him to the car and deliver him to Jerkov’s son at Lubyanka Docks. Step back for the scripted ending.

Key point

The rescue is not the final objective. Preserve the prisoners, Uncle Vanka and the informant through their respective stages; indiscriminate shooting can fail the mission.
