Mission walkthrough

  1. Take supplies and allies

Start with armour and ammunition suitable for a sustained fight. Wait for the Z-Men and travel to the mall in Xanadu.

  2. Leave the car for the combat stage

The objective forbids using vehicles to eliminate the targets. Enter the fight on foot and choose positions that give you room to step back from approaching enemies.

  3. Work through the quota

PC/Dreamcast requires 100 Scientists; PlayStation requires 20. Watch the counter and avoid wasting ammunition on unrelated traffic outside the encounter.

  4. Keep away from flamethrowers

Some Scientists use fire at close range. Retreat before they close the gap, deal with the immediate threat and continue until the target counter is cleared.

Key point

Using a car to run over the Scientists is not the intended solution. Prepare enough ammunition before accepting this red-phone job.
