Mission walkthrough

  1. Assemble the group

Accept the Scientists’ yellow-phone job and collect the available SRS helpers. If transporting them, use a vehicle with enough seats rather than leaving allies behind at the first junction.

  2. Enter the Village

Head into Zaibatsu territory and choose an approach with space to retreat. Avoid stopping in the centre of several hostile groups at once.

  3. Work through the counter

Eliminate Zaibatsu operatives while keeping moving between groups. PC and Dreamcast require 47 targets; PlayStation requires 17. Check the displayed count instead of relying on the number from another edition.

  4. Finish the remaining targets

When only a few remain, identify the right gang members rather than causing unrelated destruction. The mission ends once the required quota is reached.

Key point

This is a gang-target quota, not a general destruction challenge. Random pedestrians and traffic do not replace the required Zaibatsu targets.

This guide follows the original PC/console campaign. Check the platform notes for PlayStation differences and the separate Game Boy Color adaptation.
