Mission walkthrough

Prepare a bomb vehicle
Accept the Zaibatsu red-phone job with money available for car bombs. These two Miaras resist ordinary weapons, so repeated gunfire is a poor use of the limited pursuit time.

Intercept the first Miara
Locate a marked target and get ahead of it at a narrow or obstructed point. Position the rigged car close enough to catch the Miara in the blast while limiting its escape route.

Detonate from safety
Activate the bomb and get clear. Confirm that the marked Miara has been destroyed before moving on; damage to surrounding traffic does not count.

Repeat against the second car
Rig another suitable vehicle and intercept the remaining Miara. Keep watching the target marker and timer instead of returning to an ordinary weapons attack that the armour can withstand.
Key point
Car bombs are the practical solution to the special armour. The targets are not normal Miaras with a little extra health.
