Story completion and mission scores
The Ballad of Gay Tony contains 26 mission entries. Completing the objective advances the story even when the results screen shows less than 100%. Speed, accuracy, damage and special requirements are additional scoring targets, not conditions for seeing the ending.
Replay strategy
After completing the story, use the phone’s mission replay feature to improve scores. Requirements can be achieved across separate runs; you do not need to meet every target in one attempt. Learn the route first, then make focused attempts for time, accuracy or the mission’s special condition. Check the results screen to see what remains.
Preparing for Luis’s missions
The campaign frequently switches between driving, helicopters and parachuting. Read the controls shown by your version and practise small steering corrections. During combat, aim for clear headshots instead of long bursts when accuracy is part of the score.
A 100% mission score is different from 100% overall game completion. The latter also requires activities outside the campaign. Blog This! is split into two stages in this catalogue.
For a valid scoring attempt, start the mission from the beginning. Avoid checkpoint retries, taxi travel, cheats, death and arrest. A normal story pass and a qualifying score attempt are different results.
