Drive to the docks
Take Evan to the deal and let the ambush scene play. Luis then becomes the passenger firing from the limousine.

Clear attackers and roadblocks
Throw bombs at clustered bikes and blocking vehicles, detonating when the blast will reach them. A bomb can explode in mid-air, so it does not have to stick to a target first. Check the radar for threats ahead as well as behind.

Handle the armoured and aerial threats
Use repeated effective throws against the APC. When Tony calls attention to the helicopter, aim upward and detonate near the aircraft. Keep the limousine clear of your blast radius.

Drive away from the search
After the driver is killed, take control and leave the police search area. A Pay ’n’ Spray can help if police do not see you enter. Return Tony to Hercules after the wanted level clears.
Key point
Unlimited bombs make it tempting to throw constantly, but effective throws are better for the Bomb Accuracy objective. During the driving phase, the 35-second police escape needs a direct, clean route.
