Begin at Michael’s house and complete Jimmy’s apology scene. Drive to the café where Amanda is with Fabien. Follow the confrontation and the prompted action, then let Michael and Amanda arrange the counselling visit.
The scene advances through its dialogue and prompts. Starting unrelated combat outside the café adds delay without helping the mission.

Collect Tracey from the tattoo parlour
Drive with Jimmy to the marked tattoo shop on Vinewood Boulevard. Enter and follow the encounter with Lazlow. Complete the on-screen actions in sequence until Tracey is ready to leave.
For a timed run, respond promptly to the prompts and skip scenes where the game permits it. There is no separate gold condition for choosing one placement option over another during the encounter.

Take Jimmy and Tracey to Dr. Friedlander’s office and complete the family meeting. Afterwards, drive everyone back to Michael’s house. Park at the marker and let the closing sequence finish.
The 10:30 target covers the entire mission, including the final return. A clean route between each stop is more useful than risky shortcuts that create police attention or damage the car.
