GTA 6 Preorders Open June 25 with Ultimate Edition
Grand Theft Auto VI preorders open at midnight local time on June 25, Rockstar announced June 24. The launch offering includes an Ultimate Edition and the Vintage Vice City Pack for qualifying orders and purchases before November 20.
What the preorder announcement includes
The Ultimate Edition adds a collection of vehicles, weapons, apparel and action connected to Jason and Lucia’s story. Rockstar describes GTA VI as a single-player experience arriving November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The Vintage Vice City Pack applies to preorders and purchases made before the stated November 20 cutoff. Digital preorders also include a month of GTA+, subject to the offer’s terms. The announcement does not provide a full price table, so prices should be checked by region and edition rather than assumed.
Digital downloads and boxed codes
The original notice listed November 12 for digital preloading and code-in-box availability. The boxed version described here contains a download code; it should not be described as a confirmed disc installation. An update to the announcement later confirmed that preorders were available globally.
Later preload update
Rockstar’s November 3, 2026 announcement moved digital preloading forward to November 10. PS5 uses midnight local time, while Xbox Series X|S starts at 12 a.m. GMT. Boxed-code availability remains November 12 in that later announcement. The updated digital schedule supersedes the earlier date recorded in the preorder notice.
