GTA Online Kortz Center Heist Launches with Art Studio
The Kortz Center Heist launched in GTA Online on July 14, turning the Los Santos museum into a target for high-value art theft. The update adds a Mansion Art Studio as the operation’s base and lets players decide whether to sell a stolen primary target or keep it on display.
Hosting needs an Art Studio; joining does not
A Mansion fitted with the Art Studio is required to host the heist. Crew members can join without owning a Mansion. Solo play is supported, although an additional secondary-target room needs a team, and extra players provide more carrying capacity.
Raf De Angelis coordinates the operation, while counterfeiter Yong-Rae supplies replicas for primary targets. Scoping the museum reveals entrances and preparation options. Cameras, guards and laser security make preparation and a controlled approach central to the job.
Existing properties can help the finale
Mansion upgrades affect the operation: an Armory improves weapon loadouts, a Vehicle Workshop helps certain getaway vehicles and security staff can reduce pressure during the escape. Other owned properties can provide additional advantages, including drones or more time for a vault painting. These are benefits to assess against the approach, not a requirement that every player own every business.
Payouts, vehicles and Creator additions
The first primary target sold each week receives a bonus, while repeated sales face reduced returns. Rockstar also applies this payout principle to other activities, including The Contract, The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid and Oscar Guzman Flies Again.
New vehicles include the Benefactor LRC GT, Grotti Cartuccia GT, Albany Merula, Ocelot E-Stride and Benefactor Läufer. Mission Creator additions expand props, stealth systems and cutscenes. Launch-week offers had separate expiry dates and should not be treated as permanent heist rewards.
