GTA 6 Cheat Codes: Current Status and Platform Guide

Pre-release guide · Updated November 5, 2026

No working GTA VI cheat inputs have been verified for this guide. Lists that copy GTA V button sequences or phone numbers should not be treated as GTA VI instructions just because they use the new game’s name.

PS5 and Xbox Series X|S

GTA VI’s announced launch platforms are PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The platform sections of this guide will use each controller’s own button labels if working cheats are established. A PC command list would require separate evidence for a PC version and its input system.

What a useful cheat entry needs

• The exact input and the platform on which it works.
• The effect, duration and any conditions.
• Whether the effect can be turned off.
• Any verified effect on saving, achievements or progression.

Phone apps are not cheat codes

Calling a ride or requesting a vehicle through a normal in-game feature is different from entering a cheat. See the phone apps guide for the functions described so far.

Playing GTA V instead?

The GTA V cheat-code guide has its own platform instructions. Keep it separate from GTA VI, and use the beginner guide for legitimate preparation while waiting for verified GTA VI codes.
