Mission walkthrough

  1. Meet the wounded Xin

Go to the follow-up marker after the first Xin mission and enter his car. This is part of the bonus storyline, separate from the main ending. Follow the destination in the mission rather than searching the city for a different doctor.

  2. Lose the wanted level

Clear the police pursuit while keeping the occupied car intact. Use controlled turns and the game’s pursuit mechanics instead of repeatedly colliding with every police vehicle. Avoid getting trapped in a narrow street with no exit.

  3. Reach Kenny’s restaurant

Once the wanted level is gone, drive to the indicated restaurant. Brake early near the destination and enter the marker. The objective is the named story location even if the dialogue initially suggests medical help.

  4. Let the conclusion play

Complete the final interaction and watch the ending of Xin’s storyline. Its outcome is scripted; do not restart because the scene does not become a conventional hospital rescue. This completes the two-mission bonus branch.

Key point

Follow the restaurant objective after losing the police. There is no alternate hospital delivery hidden behind the final scene.
