Reach the desalinisation plant
Start after both Clear the Pier and Hit from the Tong. Restore health, armour and ammunition before meeting Heston, then travel to the plant. The finale has several linked stages, so conserve resources during the opening fight.

Advance with Heston
Chase Kenny through the facility while keeping Heston alive. Dodge the incoming rockets and remove the guard responsible when the objective identifies him. Move from cover to cover and prioritise enemies reaching your companion.

Continue to the water escape
Follow the route out of the plant and move to the next jetty when Kenny escapes. Use the mounted gun to stop the pursuing guards. Focus on threats closing in on your position rather than shooting at distant scenery or abandoning the pursuit.

Finish the confrontation
Continue after Kenny until the final meeting and fight. Defeat him to complete Huang’s revenge and the main story. The ending unlocks post-story activity; the separate Xin missions are additional content rather than unfinished stages of this finale.
Key point
Protect Heston throughout the plant and keep following the changing pursuit markers. Defeating one wave does not end this multi-stage finale.
