Collect the launcher immediately
Go to Ammu-Nation and take the free rocket launcher. The evidence meter acts as the mission timer, so avoid unrelated stops. Each destroyed antenna slows the investigation and gives you more breathing room.

Clear Washington Beach
Destroy both marked rooftop antennas at the first station. Check the radar for the second target before leaving. Keep enough distance for the rockets to clear nearby walls, and move away from their blast area.

Fly to the remaining stations
The police helicopter on the Washington Beach roof provides a direct route to Little Havana and Downtown. Land with clearance around the rotors, clear threats near your landing position and destroy the marked antennas at each station. Downtown’s armed defenders require particular care.

Lose the wanted level
After the final antenna, the evidence objective ends but the mission continues. Reach a normal road vehicle and use Pay ’n’ Spray or the available police-evasion options to reduce the wanted level to zero. Do not try to take the police helicopter into a repair garage.
Key point
Check every antenna at a station before leaving. A fast flight route saves time, but landing among active gunmen can destroy the helicopter.
