Reach the business ready to fight
Travel from the Mendez mansion to the marked site. Bring armour and ammunition for more than a single group of enemies. Stop a short distance from the defenders so you can choose your first firing position.

Break the initial defence
Eliminate the bikers guarding the property. Use the available corners to split their lines of fire and avoid charging into the middle of the group. Move away from damaged motorcycles or vehicles before they explode.

Clear the remaining bikers
Watch for the objective directing you to the survivors or reinforcements. Check the radar rather than assuming the first cleared street completes the takeover. Reposition if an enemy is hidden behind the property or another obstruction.

Confirm the transfer
Stay until the mission finishes and the Vice Point site transfers to the Vance family. This particular property is awarded through the story objective. Check its new ownership before moving on to the other empire sites or the next Mendez assignment.
Key point
This is a complete defence clearance. Finish the additional biker targets even after the first group around the entrance is gone.
