Establish the drop-off
Take Marty to his lockup and note the entrance. All three recovered vehicles return here. Leave the approach clear so you do not have to move your own abandoned car out of the delivery marker later.

Recover the first car
Find the first marked vehicle, take control and drive it back to the lockup. Avoid damaging it for no reason: the objective is repossession, not destruction. Enter the actual drop-off marker and wait for the next target to appear.

Intercept the second car
Track the moving car on the radar. Pull ahead and block it where traffic gives you room to get out. Take the vehicle after stopping its driver, then return it separately rather than trying to collect several targets at once.

Bring back the van
Intercept the delivery van using the same controlled approach. Its larger body needs extra braking space around the lockup. Deliver it into the marker to finish the job and open the next contact missions.
Key point
Complete each delivery before pursuing the next vehicle. Keep the lockup entrance unobstructed throughout the mission.
