Mission walkthrough
-
Reach Donald at the house
Go to the Cedar Grove mansion with armour and enough ammunition for a prolonged firefight. Move into the mission area and identify Donald’s position before choosing where to engage the attackers.
-
Stop the Colombian attack
Prioritise Cartel gunmen moving toward Donald. Use cover and take advantage of clear firing angles, but keep explosives away from the person you are protecting. Continue through the required attackers rather than leaving after the first group falls.
-
Collect Donald for the escape
When the objective changes to the airport, get him into a usable vehicle. Wait for him to board and choose a route out of the grounds with room to turn. Do not leave him behind while searching for a faster car.
-
Reach Avery’s jet
Drive to the airport and follow the final marker to the aircraft. Preserve Donald and the vehicle through the approach, then stop for the departure scene. The Cartel becomes hostile after this mission, so later travel through its territory can be more dangerous.
Key point
Protect Donald first, then switch promptly to the airport escape when instructed. The mansion fight and the passenger delivery are both required.
