Reach Wayne’s gang
Travel to the Chinatown marker with health and ammunition. Wayne has company, so prepare to move after the confrontation instead of committing to a long fight at the meeting point.

Take a bike for the pursuit
When Wayne escapes, use a nearby motorcycle and follow his marker. Pick the quickest safe route onto the road rather than running after him on foot. Keep enough space to react when he turns across traffic.

Attack during clear stretches
Use drive-by fire when the bike and target are aligned. Ease off the attack when a sharp corner or obstacle requires attention. A crash that throws Toni into traffic can be more damaging to the attempt than briefly allowing Wayne a larger gap.

Finish the marked target
Continue following Wayne if he dismounts or is knocked off his motorcycle. Eliminate him and wait for the success message. Clearing the rest of the gang at the original meeting is not necessary once the objective has moved to the escaping target.
Key point
Wayne is the mission target. Break away from the opening gang fight quickly enough to keep his motorcycle within a manageable pursuit distance.
