Prepare the car and ammunition
D-Ice’s phone is in Wichita Gardens after Shoreside Vale opens. Bring a healthy car and plenty of Uzi ammunition before answering. You have two minutes and thirty seconds for the attack, so shopping after the timer starts consumes time needed for finding targets.

Identify the Purple Nines
Stay in the gang’s Wichita Gardens territory and look for the purple-clothed members. Do not count random pedestrians or the red-clothed rival gang as successful targets. The mission counter is the reliable confirmation that a kill qualifies.

Use Uzi fire from the vehicle
Only Uzi drive-by kills count. Keep targets alongside the car’s firing side, fire a short burst and move on when the counter increases. Running them over or stepping out with another weapon may remove an enemy, but it does not satisfy this objective.

Keep circulating until the twentieth kill
Follow a compact loop through active streets instead of driving far outside the target neighbourhood. If one stretch is empty, continue around the next block rather than waiting in place. Preserve the car and keep enough space to turn when several enemies begin firing back.
Key point
This is a weapon-and-method challenge as well as a kill count. The correct gang, the Uzi and the drive-by position all matter.
