Begin with a ready vehicle
Bring a car that can move quickly between street targets and enough ammunition for short attacks. Once the mission begins, the dealers do not wait indefinitely while you shop or repair.

Prioritise nearby marked dealers
Use the radar to choose the closest practical target, eliminate him and continue to the next. Drive-by attacks or a controlled vehicle impact can save time compared with repeatedly parking far away and approaching on foot.

Reach the minimum count
Keep checking the confirmed kill total until at least eight are registered. Dealers who finish selling can disappear from the streets, so a marker vanishing is not always a successful kill. Do not count unmarked pedestrians or gang members.

Continue only while targets remain useful
After securing the minimum, additional marked kills can improve the reward. Stay mobile and avoid letting a police fight consume the remaining opportunities. Completing the mission finishes Kenji's five-job chain before Donald Love's later betrayal.
Key point
Watch the confirmed total, not just disappearing radar dots. A dealer leaving the area does not count towards the eight you need.
