Use a suitable vehicle
Check the brothel, then obtain a vehicle with at least four seats. A motorcycle or a two-seat sports car cannot collect the full group. Start with a vehicle in good condition because it must survive several pickups.

Approach the first rescue
Drive toward the marked passenger and assess the attackers before stopping. Park close enough for a quick boarding but avoid running over the person you need to save. Eliminate the immediate threat if it prevents the pickup.

Collect the remaining passengers
Move through the other rescue markers and wait for each passenger to enter. Keep the occupied car away from enemy fire whenever you get out to fight. Do not use explosives beside people you are rescuing or beside their only transport.

Return as a group
Once everyone is aboard, head to Marty’s brothel and enter the drop-off marker. Avoid unnecessary battles on the return. Completing this branch also contributes to unlocking Phil’s Marked Men mission.
Key point
Seat capacity is an objective requirement. Bring a four-seat car before starting the pickups, not after you already have passengers waiting.
