Intercept the marked trucks
Leave Phil's yard in a robust vehicle and locate the moving truck markers. Get alongside or behind a truck on a clear stretch, then ram it hard enough to dislodge its cargo without trapping yourself against roadside objects.

Break the dropped crates
When a crate falls, stop in a safe position and destroy the crate to expose its weapon pickup. Drive or walk over the actual weapon. A crate lying on the road is not yet recovered cargo.

Continue collecting under pressure
Repeat the process for the remaining loads while dealing with the attacking reinforcements. Keep track of cargo left behind when a fight forces you to move. Do not sacrifice a nearly destroyed car just to stay directly behind one truck.

Eliminate the remaining dealers
After the weapon collection objective is satisfied, follow the surviving dealer markers and finish them. Check the current mission text before returning to Phil: recovering every crate alone does not complete the final combat stage.
Key point
Cargo has two steps: break the crate, then collect the weapon. If the recovery count has not changed, inspect the pickup before chasing the next truck.
