After the explosion, get moving in the marked vehicle with Phil. His condition makes this a timed rescue. The visual effect makes judging corners harder, so focus on the centre of the road and the radar rather than every movement of the camera.

Drive towards the hospital
Follow the first destination without unnecessary detours. Use measured steering inputs and brake earlier than usual. A collision can leave the vehicle angled across traffic, forcing several corrections while Phil continues to lose health.

Follow the new medical destination
Phil redirects you to a surgeon in Little Havana. As soon as the objective changes, follow the new marker instead of continuing to park at the hospital. Choose the cleanest road route and avoid narrow shortcuts.

Reach the final marker
Bring the vehicle fully into the destination area before Phil's health runs out. Finishing this mission opens the heavy-weapon stock at Phil's Place. It does not turn Phil's yard into one of the income-producing assets required for the story finale.
Key point
Phil's Place is useful for weapons, but its two jobs do not count towards the six purchased businesses needed to unlock Cap the Collector.
