Collect the rooftop rifle
Follow the equipment marker and reach the indicated roof before Salvatore arrives. Pick up the sniper rifle and find the sightline into the streets below. Position yourself before the action begins so you are not climbing while he is already under fire.

Clear his immediate route
Watch Salvatore’s movement and prioritise enemies who are shooting at him or blocking his advance. Sweep the scope across the next area after each kill. A distant target is less urgent than an attacker standing directly beside the person you must protect.

Adjust the vantage point as needed
If a building blocks the view, move to the next useful position without dropping into the middle of the fight. Keep track of Salvatore between shots. Avoid firing through him at an enemy standing behind him.

Cover the police phase too
The arrival of police adds another threat rather than ending your role. Continue removing marked opposition until Salvatore’s route is complete and the mission confirms success. Do not abandon the rifle position after defeating only the first Sindacco group.
