Drive to the dealer meeting
Collect Maria and take her to the marked dealer. Keep your vehicle nearby and ready to move. The meeting changes into a kidnapping, so do not leave the area once she gets out for the conversation.

Pursue the marked car
Follow the Sindacco vehicle carrying Maria. Use the radar to keep track through corners and avoid wasting time fighting unmarked gang members at the original meeting. Your passenger is now inside the target car, which changes how aggressively you can attack it.

Force the kidnappers to stop
Ram the car as instructed until the occupants leave or the rescue objective advances. Stop applying damage when that happens. Do not blow up a vehicle that still contains Maria; focus on the hostile Sindaccos once she can get clear.

Collect Maria and return
After defeating the kidnappers, let Maria enter your usable vehicle and drive her back to the apartment. If your pursuit car is wrecked, take another with a passenger seat. Check that she has boarded before leaving the rescue location.
Key point
Disable the kidnapping car rather than destroying it with Maria inside. Watch for the moment when the occupants dismount and switch to the exposed enemies.
