Reach the supplied boat
Follow the waterfront marker to the southwest pier and board carefully. Toni cannot swim, so approach from the usable landing rather than jumping over a wide gap. Get moving promptly once the target route is active.

Close the gap on the messenger
Follow the marked boat and use wide turns to keep your craft stable. Watch the shoreline as well as the radar. Beaching your boat during a tight corner can end the pursuit even if the target was previously close.

Pull alongside and use drive-by fire
Bring a submachine gun and use the boat drive-by controls to fire when you are alongside the target. Remove the gunman who is firing back, then continue attacking the messenger’s craft. Maintain a clear side angle rather than trying to hit him while directly behind his wake.

Stop him before the final escape
Destroy the target boat if possible. If the messenger reaches the jetty near the stadium, the pursuit continues on foot and then by road. Follow his marker and finish him before he reaches the Fort Staunton garage; docking does not itself mean an immediate failure.
Key point
A stable pursuit line is more effective than repeated sharp turns. Close the distance, align the attack and keep the target within a clear firing angle.
