Mission walkthrough

  1. Visit the Pike Creek shop

Follow 8-Ball’s mission marker at his Shoreside Vale autoyard once the story makes it available. This is the preparation scene for the later demolition mission, not the point where you begin placing charges.

  2. Have $20,000 available

The explosives require a $20,000 payment. If you cannot proceed, check Toni’s available cash and earn the difference from unfinished missions or activities. Avoid spending the required amount on optional equipment immediately before returning.

  3. Let 8-Ball prepare the equipment

Complete the conversation and payment. He tells Toni that he will call when the hardware is ready. There is no enemy wave to defeat or hidden package to search for in the yard during this short setup.

  4. Finish Toshiko’s chain and answer the call

8-Ball’s readiness call also requires Cash in Kazuki’s Chips to be complete. If he is not calling, finish Toshiko’s remaining missions rather than waiting indefinitely at the shop. Once the call arrives, prepare for Bringing the House Down and its specific loaded van.

Key point

The required payment is $20,000. After the setup, wait for 8-Ball’s readiness call rather than repeatedly searching his yard for a missing combat objective.
