Reach the Newport fight
Travel to the attacked Yardies with armour and plenty of ammunition. Start helping immediately rather than stopping nearby to provoke an unrelated wanted level. The allies must survive long enough for medical transport to arrive.

Break the Sindacco attack
Prioritise gunmen firing directly at the Yardies. Move between firing angles as new threats arrive and keep friendly characters away from your explosives. Staying at one doorway is not enough if attackers reach the group from another side.

Clear the path to the ambulance
When the ambulance arrives, switch attention to the route the Yardies must cross. Defeat marked enemies along that path before following the evacuation. Avoid blocking the narrow route with a stolen car or firing into the people you are protecting.

Meet the ambulance
Follow the final marker and complete the rendezvous. Do not remain fighting elsewhere after the objective has changed to evacuation. The mission needs the rescue sequence to finish, not simply the first wave of Sindaccos to be defeated.

The defence has a second phase: making the evacuation route safe. Keep following the objective after the ambulance appears.
