Mission walkthrough

  1. Reach the first victim quickly

Travel to the marked attack before the victim’s health is depleted. Park where you can exit and aim without running over the person you are rescuing. Focus on the attackers nearest the protected target.

  2. Clear each rescue encounter

Defeat all the hoodlums at the location, then follow the next emergency marker. Use controlled shots and avoid explosives beside the victim. A surviving attacker can prevent the recruitment stage from appearing.

  3. Recruit the survivors

Approach the rescued people and complete the recruitment interaction when prompted. Do not leave simply because the fight is over. Continue until the mission confirms you have enough rookies.

  4. Visit the tattoo parlour

Take the recruits to the marked parlour and enter it. Complete the on-screen tattoo tutorial using your platform’s controls. This final visit, rather than the last street fight, ends the recruitment job.

Key point

Protect the victim first, then complete the recruitment interaction. Rescuing someone and immediately driving away can leave the objective incomplete.
