Prepare before answering Lester
Bring a fast, controllable vehicle to the payphone and check your sniper ammunition. If using the stock strategy, make the Debonaire purchase with each protagonist before triggering the job. Keep a separate save from before the investment and mission.
Once the assignment begins, the timer covers the complete four-target route. Do not spend it shopping for equipment or changing vehicles unless yours is no longer usable.

Eliminate the beach and boat targets
Head to the bodybuilder at Vespucci Beach and identify the marked juror. Take a clear shot, return to the vehicle and leave promptly. Avoid turning the beach into an extended firefight.
The second target is on a boat offshore near Pacific Bluffs and the Pipeline Inn area. Use the sniper rifle from shore rather than swimming out to the boat. Line up the target, confirm the objective advances and immediately continue inland.

Find the window cleaner at the medical tower
Travel to Eclipse Medical Tower in West Vinewood. Look up the side of the building for the target on the elevated cleaning platform. A sniper scope makes it easier to distinguish the platform from the building’s other details.
Stop somewhere that gives a clear view before aiming. Shooting from an obstructed angle and then searching for another position wastes more of the timer than a brief check on arrival.

Catch the final juror on the motorcycle
Follow the final target in Vinewood Hills: he is riding a Bati 801. Use Franklin’s driving ability to stay close through turns, then eliminate the marked rider when you have a clear opportunity.
Avoid taking a shortcut that leaves you below the road or trapped behind a barrier. Confirm all four targets are complete and let Franklin report back to Lester. For the Speedy Killer result, keep the transition between targets as short as possible.

Do not treat a fixed percentage or a fixed number of sleeps as a guarantee. Returns and timing can differ between versions and saves. Advance time in short intervals, check the portfolio and preserve the earlier manual save. These changes must be made in the main story save; mission replay does not let you apply a new assassination investment sequence to it.
