The Construction Assassination is Lester’s final hit for Franklin. Bonelli already knows someone is coming, so the construction site is defended from the start. Bring armour, ammunition and a way to destroy his helicopter before entering the site.

Prepare and enter the construction site
If following the investment route, buy GoldCoast before beginning the mission. Check your weapons and armour before reaching the site; a rocket launcher is particularly useful for the final helicopter escape.
Enter the marked downtown construction area and take cover when the guards respond. Clear enemies who block the route to the first construction lift rather than running through the open site under fire.

Use the lifts to reach the upper floors
Follow the elevator objectives through the unfinished building. Check for guards on the level you are entering before leaving the lift’s cover. Concrete pillars and construction materials provide positions from which to clear the next group.
Search for the next lift when the current level is safe. The objective is to reach the roof; trying to climb random cranes or jump between unfinished ledges is unnecessary and risks a fall.

Destroy Bonelli’s helicopter
At the rooftop, deal with immediate threats and watch for Bonelli boarding the helicopter. Fire when you have a clear angle and enough distance for the explosive shot to be safe for Franklin. No Fly Zone requires shooting down the target’s helicopter.
Do not spend the entire escape window fighting distant guards while the aircraft leaves. Prioritise the target once it is airborne and confirm the assassination objective completes.

Exit the site and finish the call
After Bonelli is dead, leave the area. A parachute exit is an option if Franklin has a parachute available and you can reach a clear edge safely; otherwise use the building’s route back down. Do not jump merely because the roof is high.
Travel beyond the search area and allow Franklin’s report to Lester. Check No Fly Zone in the results, then return to the main save’s stock portfolio to monitor the post-hit movement.

Stock-market timing in the story save
Buy GoldCoast (GCD) on LCN before starting the assassination. After the hit, check the portfolio periodically and sell when satisfied with the observed rise. Unlike Multi Target, this guide does not require a second rebound stock purchase.
Use a separate pre-mission save and advance time in short intervals so you do not sleep through the movement you wanted to capture. Perform the investment sequence in the main story save, not a replay. Keeping this optional assassination until after the ending lets the protagonists use their larger final-heist balances.
