Meet Solomon and approach the building
Visit Solomon’s office at the studio, then drive to the East Los Santos location. Follow the approach route quietly. Workers along the climb can alert Rocco, so enter stealth and deal with them before moving into their view.
Use three stealth attacks for Silent Assassin. A loud gunfight does not substitute for those takedowns and can fail the rooftop approach.

Climb to the helipad and fight Rocco
Use the marked ladders and roof route until Michael reaches Rocco. In the fistfight, stay close enough to land controlled strikes and use the dodge or counter controls when he attacks. Avoid letting a missed swing leave Michael open.
Can’t Touch This 2.0 requires taking no damage during this fight. Winning after absorbing several punches advances the story but misses that medal condition.

Persuade the passengers with controlled flying
Board the Frogger with Milton and Anton. Use the instructed erratic flying to raise their fear and make them agree to return. Sharp changes in altitude and direction can progress the objective without deliberately crashing into scenery.
Maintain a recovery margin above buildings and terrain. The helicopter still has to land undamaged for Perfect Touchdown, so scraping a roof to frighten the passengers works against the medal.

Return to the studio and land gently
Once the passengers agree, fly directly to the studio marker. Slow down before descending and level the aircraft over the landing area. Set it down gently, then go to Solomon’s office to finish.
Skip scenes and keep the drive and flight direct for the ten-minute target. The timed condition does not require rushing the final landing into an avoidable collision.
