Travel to the marked yard in East Los Santos. Observe the guards and workers around the cutter and its transport. Identify anyone who can see the route from the entrance to the cab before moving in.
For a quiet attempt, use stealth attacks against workers who block that route. Stay out of the remaining workers’ sightlines rather than running from one target straight into another’s view.

Take the cutter without an alarm
Approach the marked transport once the path is safe, enter the cab and begin moving out of the yard. Sneak Thief concerns the theft itself: losing a wanted level later does not undo having been caught.
A wide, deliberate turn helps the long vehicle clear the exit. Avoid wedging the trailer against a fence or parked equipment, since reversing repeatedly eats into the five-minute limit.
