Follow him outside
Enter the marked laundromat. When the owner escapes through the rear, follow quickly and get into an available car. Start after the van before it builds a large gap.

Force the van to stop
Catch up on straighter sections and strike the van with controlled rams. Back off enough to keep your own car pointed along the road. Repeated side impacts at junctions are more likely to spin you into traffic than end the chase.

Complete the collection
When the driver stops and the conversation begins, stop attacking. Let the agreement and Niko’s call conclude. This mission ends through the intimidation sequence; there is no need to steal the van and deliver it elsewhere.
Key point
Avoid explosives or sustained gunfire at the engine. The mission needs the shopkeeper alive to agree to Vlad’s demand.
