Visit the shop
Travel to the marked china shop and speak to the owner. He refuses to pay, which triggers the instruction to find something to throw. The taxi-hailing tutorial is optional; you can drive there yourself.

Break a window
Pick up the nearby throwable object, face the shopfront and aim at the glass. Throw it through the window and wait for the shopkeeper’s response. Further attacks are unnecessary once he agrees to hand over the money.

Return to Vlad
Collect the payment and travel back to Comrades Bar. Finish the conversation to close the job. Keep any police attention away from the delivery rather than repeatedly smashing the shop after the objective has advanced.
Key point
A brick is the straightforward tutorial method. Other ways of breaking the glass can work, but the goal is the payment, not killing the owner.
