Collect the equipment in Harwood
Answer El Burro’s next call and follow the briefcase marker. Pick up the supplied equipment before looking for the ice-cream van. There is no benefit to provoking police attention while preparing: a quiet approach makes it much easier to position the slow mission vehicle.

Obtain a Mr. Whoopee
Find the indicated ice-cream van and take it to Atlantic Quays. Keep it in usable condition on the journey. Its high body and slow acceleration make tight cornering and head-on traffic impacts particularly unhelpful; leave room to turn into the target area.

Park and play the jingle
Place the van in the mission marker and use the displayed control to activate its music. Wait for the intended group to approach. Do not immediately blow up the vehicle just because it has reached the destination: the targets need to be gathered near it first.

Leave the blast area and detonate
Get out, move far enough away and use the remote when the targets are around the van. Keep your line of escape clear rather than getting pinned between the vehicle and a wall. Wait for the mission result before returning toward the wreckage.
Key point
The jingle is the lure. Correct placement followed by a short wait is more reliable than trying to chase scattered targets with an already damaged van.
