The Ballad of Rocco is a short pursuit after Michael finds Solomon being attacked at the studio. Gold requires finishing within three minutes. A quick, accurate stop is more effective than following the targets around Los Santos for an extended car chase.

React as Rocco and Gianni leave
Start the studio encounter and watch the pair escape in their Fugitive. Take a nearby vehicle promptly if they are already moving away. Skip the opening scene during a timed replay.
Michael’s special ability can help line up an early shot when there is a clear view of the driver. Do not waste time firing through scenery that blocks the target.

Eliminate both targets
Stop Rocco’s car and deal with both Rocco and Gianni. Killing the driver alone does not complete the objective if the passenger survives and runs. Watch the remaining target marker before leaving the area.
If you are able to stop them early with an accurate shot, the three-minute condition is much easier than after a long chase. Avoid unrelated combat that adds police pressure.

Leave and respond to Solomon
Move away after the targets are dealt with and complete Michael’s call to Solomon. Accepting the invitation returns Michael to the studio for the associate-producer scene. Follow the destination and finish the sequence if you choose that response.
For the medal, keep the pursuit and any required return direct. The optional conversation choice does not introduce a second gold objective; time is the only listed condition.
